1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or otherwise using the 111bt platform at 111bt.ws, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 111bt platform, including registered account holders, casual visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the platform regardless of whether they have completed the registration process. These terms are supplemented by any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Use of the 111bt platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must not be classified as a problem gambler or be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 111bt or any other gaming operator.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close relative of an employee or director of 111bt or its technology partners in relation to the gaming products offered on the platform.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the 111bt platform, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals, you must register for an account. Registration is free of charge. Only one account per individual is permitted; multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify 111bt support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 111bt reserves the right to verify your identity at any point, including before processing a withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access.
• You must not use the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment. Commercial use, resale of services, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers is prohibited.

111bt reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Where a registration is declined and a deposit has already been received, the full deposit amount will be returned to the payment source.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 111bt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi taka (৳). 111bt does not operate in any foreign currency and does not accept or process deposits or withdrawals in currencies other than BDT. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on your account.

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 111bt reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. 111bt reserves the right to request withdrawal to the original funding source as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the account wallet section. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the payment confirmation is received from the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but 111bt targets completion within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals under normal operating conditions.
• 111bt does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which 111bt has no control.

Funds held in your 111bt account balance do not accrue interest. Account balances that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity charge, the details of which will be communicated to you by support prior to any deduction being made.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

111bt offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published alongside the offer itself. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the platform.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is specified in the offer terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account. Multiple accounts created to claim more than one welcome bonus will be treated as a violation of these terms.
• 111bt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus or promotional offer at any time, without prior notice, provided that any active wagering progress already accumulated by an eligible player will be honoured.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any other method that 111bt determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on the 111bt platform — including live dealer games, video slots, jackpot games, and Bingo — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers in a professionally supervised studio environment. Return to Player (RTP) rates for slot and RNG-based games are consistent with the published specifications of the originating game provider.

The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology that enables play without direct human input is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be using such technology will be suspended immediately and all pending winnings associated with such activity will be void.

• In the event of a software malfunction or technical error that affects the outcome of a game, the affected game round will be declared void and any stakes wagered during the affected round will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• Individual game rules are available within each game interface and form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game.
• Maximum win limits may apply to specific games or game types. Where a maximum win limit applies, any winnings exceeding that limit will not be credited to your account. Maximum win limits, where applicable, are displayed in the relevant game rules.
• 111bt reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of collusion, match-fixing, abuse of platform vulnerabilities, or any other form of dishonest conduct by the player or any third party.

7. Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events, are subject to the following conditions in addition to the general terms set out in this document.

• All bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed, unless the bet was placed in error due to an obvious pricing mistake, in which case 111bt reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• In-play (live) betting markets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body. 111bt uses official data feeds but is not liable for delays or inaccuracies in third-party data.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum period of play required for settlement has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific terms for that market state otherwise.
• Maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and may vary by sport, event, and market type. Stake limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. 111bt reserves the right to limit the stake size on any bet from any account at its sole discretion.

8. Responsible Gaming

111bt is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. The following tools are available to all account holders and may be activated by contacting customer support or through the account settings section.

• Deposit limits: you may set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on the amount you deposit into your account. Once set, a deposit limit can be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time limits: you may set a limit on the maximum duration of any single gaming session. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off periods: you may request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period you will not be able to log in or deposit.
• Self-exclusion: you may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the platform. A self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

111bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time. The following are examples of circumstances that may lead to account action, but this list is not exhaustive.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to age misrepresentation, multiple account creation, or use of automated betting software.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity in connection with the account or transactions made through it.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents within the timeframe requested by 111bt.
• Any conduct that 111bt reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform, its other users, or its commercial interests.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111bt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether 111bt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

111bt does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. 111bt will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and will communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where possible.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 111bt platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of 111bt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 111bt.

12. Privacy

111bt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in full detail the types of data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the legal basis for processing, data retention periods, and your rights as a data subject. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy in full before registering.

13. Amendments to These Terms

111bt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 111bt will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders by publishing a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number associated with the account. The revised Terms & Conditions will become effective from the date of publication.

Your continued use of the 111bt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account, at which point any balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 111bt platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies applicable to the matter. 111bt operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently. In the first instance, all disputes should be directed to 111bt customer support, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within 10 business days of receipt.
